  32. Perfectly normal for Chryslers! My 86 LeBaron GTS and the above-mentioned
  33. 87 LeBaron sedan both do this and have done so from day one. I agree that
  34. it does sound kind of rough, but I've never had a problem. Come to think
  35. of it, my 1980 Cordoba did the same thing.

  37. The manual explains that the a/c comes on with the defogger to help de-
  38. humidify the air *and* to ensure that the a/c is "exercised" in the winter
  39. months (when you normally use the defoggers). It's good to circulate the
  40. oil mixed in with the refridgerant now and then to prevent seals from drying
  41. out.

  43. When the weather is cooler, the compressor seems to "short-cycle" but this
  44. is apparently "normal".
