  10. When I have my windshield wipers on the intermittent
  11. setting, I hear a clicking noise just before each wipe.
  12. My guess is that the problem is with a relay or something
  13. as opposed to the windshield wiper motor.  Does anyone
  14. have any thoughts or experiences on this issue?  The car
  15. is a 1987 Toyota Celica GT.
