  14. I've heard that early GTV6's had brass valve guides that were NOT very 
  15. durable. Does anyone know when Alfa switched to iron guides?  I'm 
  16. thinking of buying an '82 (it's got 90K miles) and would like to know 
  17. if I'll need to have the guides replaced.  The person who owns it know 
  18. hasn't hadany problems with them in 70K miles, so I assume they've been 
  19. changed, but I'm curious.
