- Your thermostat is stuck open. It is supposed to be shut (not allowing
- any coolant to circulate) when the engine is cold, and open slowly to
- maintain a good operating temp. Change it. Also, while you are at it,
- filter your coolant through a fine cloth to catch all the gunk which
- probably stuck in the thermostat.
