- Actually, the number is a little less than 8. The MD is almost exactly
- half the thickness of a CD jewell box (3/16"), and about 1/2 the width
- and the height. The MD I have has the album title printed on the edge
- so you could even stack them up on a shelf like CDs and still read the
- titles off the edge (if you have good eyes.)

- Lots of places. If you want specifics, let me know, I'll get them for you.
- Thouth many DATs are closer to the $800 range, some sell in the $500 to $600
- range.

- It won't be long however before the MD recorders are cheaper than the
- DATs.
