- The only secured credit visa card I ever checked, but did not apply,
- said I open a saving account with them, then my VISA credit is equal to
- the account current balance. I still get saving rate interest on the
- balance and the account is FDIC insured. They don't automatically take
- money out of the account for the VISA charges. I still have to pay the
- bill separately. The account is only as a collacteral. The bank I
- checked also did not charge an annual fee. It was a pretty good deal
- for anyone who has a hard time getting a charge card the "usual" way.
- I did not apply because I just don't like the idea that they can take
- my money in case there is a dispute in the VISA bills.
