- But the original person, who asked the question, has motorcycle
- insurance, not car insurance. His insurance company would not
- sell him car coverage without seeing the car first. (This would
- imply his motorcycle policy does not cover cars.)

- How about this? If the pickup current owner is willing, the buyer may
- drive the pickup back to CA first, then do the transaction. So, the
- 2000 miles trip is covered by the current Missouri owner's policy.
- Many insurance policy (e.g. State Farm's) covers temporary driver.

- OR just go buy a junk car in CA, buy liability insurance for it. Then
- drive back the pickup, sell the junk car and transfer the policy to the
- pickup.
