  26. NICARAGUAN GOVERNMENT MAY SUSPEND ASSEMBLY'S BUDGET

  28. According to Minister of the Presidency, Antonio Lacayo, the
  29. government of Nicaraguan President Violeta Chamorro will study the
  30. possibility of suspending the budget for that country's National
  31. Assembly, in order to force the Assembly's president, Alfredo
  32. Cesar, to abide by the Supreme Court decision which found that the
  33. Assembly was meeting illegally, and that any decisions taken
  34. during those meetings were invalid. The Assembly has been meeting
