  29. The Tandy 6000 is based on the Motorola 68000 chip and runs a Tandy 
  30. developed version of Microsoft Xenix.  The latest version was 3.? and 
  31. (IMHO) was a pretty decent system for its day.  All the normal *nix tools
  32. were available for it, uucp, cc, etc..
  33. Yes, it is old.  No, it is not useless.  We still have a handful of
  34. clients using them and they've got no complaints.  There is still software
  35. available for it, from a clearinghouse in Texas.  Tandy still supports the
  36. hardware.
