- It's not a scandal, it's a lawsuit which has not yet been settled.
- BSDI (the company) is still distributing its BSD/386 product. The
- University of California Berkeley is still distributing its 386BSD
- package (agate.berkeley.edu). Linux, which isn't based on any AT&T
- code is totally free and available.

- At one time a SysV was available with compiler for $600. I don't know
- if that's still true.
