- The difficulty here is that the modem is configured to keep DSR asserted.
- With DSR always asserted, the modem control believes that there is a problem
- with the modem (it didn't hang up when DTR dropped), so it keeps trying to
- hang the modem up. Configure the modem for &S1 and things should work fine.
