- Greetings,
-
- I have just bought my 486 system. I will switch between running DOS and BSDI
- Unix (from separate disk partitions). Now I am about to buy a printer.
-
- My wife has a few DOS applications which require HP laserjet series II or III
- compatibility (they should also work with the HP deskjet 500C). I would very
- much *like* to have a postscript-capable printer. Are the HP laserjet or
- deskjet postscript printers? Assuming they aren't, can I print to either
- of these printers under BSDI Unix? Are there some alternatives here I don't
- know about? Any recommendations for printers which meet my wife's needs (and
- maybe mine too)? What do people use for printing under BSDI?
-
- Any help is greatly appreciated, as always.
