- If you get a GNU C like toolkit, it *will* be ANSI. But standard GNU C
- doesn't support ELM. Contact Cygnus for details - they have something
- up their sleeves.

- IMHO, Destiny is not a good choice for that. It's UNIX for the masses,
- massively non-standard and badly documented. If you want to do
- software development, read Eric Raymond's frequent postings (clone
- UNIX buyer's guide). There are several better choices.--
