- This actually has to do with the fact that anonymous FTP runs while
- chroot()'ed to the anonymous FTP directory. Since symbolic links are
- intrepreted during access and by that time the anonymous FTP directory
- had already become the root directory, what the links originally pointed
- to are unreachable.
