  19. This actually has to do with the fact that anonymous FTP runs while
  20. chroot()'ed to the anonymous FTP directory.  Since symbolic links are
  21. intrepreted during access and by that time the anonymous FTP directory
  22. had already become the root directory, what the links originally pointed
  23. to are unreachable.
