  16. Amen! The *only* way to learn system work is by doing. This means
  17. having something go wrong, and trying to fix it, without the boss
  18. giving you step-by-step instructions.
  19.    Sometimes when the student operators (who are really Jr ADmins)
  20. come to me with a problem, I tell them to come back in 15 minutes if
  21. they still haven't figured it out :-)
