  12. Speaking of Knuth's _Art of Computer Programming_, does anyone know
  13. when the next volume is coming out?  I've been waiting for it and
  14. the next "Star Wars" movie seemingly forever (come to think of it,
  15. has anyone ever seen Knuth and Lucas at the same time?).
