  12. I would try replacing the monitor.  It sounds to me like an internal
  13. oscillator is going in the monitor.  If another monitor exhibits the
  14. same behaviour, I would look for some external factor, like an   
  15. unsheilded speaker or motor near the monitor (with 3 feet).  The 
  16. last thing I would check is the power supply on the Z110.
