  13.     We are using Sunlink X.25 7.0 for communications around the globe.
  14.     Currently we route packets via a psuedo-net that looks something
  15.     like this :

  17.     My machine locally is
  18.     129.228.8.238 ittc
  19.     192.9.150.138   sts-x25ip
  20.     192.9.150.238   ittc-x25ip
  21.  
  22.     Remotely I communicate with a machine with
  23.     192.9.150.238  ittc-x25ip          # TCP/IP through X25  ITTC
  24.     192.9.150.138  sts-x25ip           # TCP/IP through X25  STS
  25.     129.228.43.1   sts1 loghost        # Server      D113    x821

  27.     What we would like to do is the following:
  28.     Somehow have my machine 'know' that 129.228.43.XXX lives out in X.25
  29.     land without using the psuedo-net 192.9.150.XXX, as I am sure you
  30.     can tell the 192.9.150.XXX is not a valid registered IP address and
  31.     so we would like to do away with it.  Has anyone else out there had
  32.     any success with this?  Currently my 'X.25 gate' looks like this :
