- It's no problem if you run the appropriate software on your VAX. Here we have
- Multinet from TGV. It allows us to mount our VAX disks onto our SG's the same way
- as if they were from any other Unix host.

- Multinet also give you some uid translation. In other words, if a user has a VAX
- account and a Unix account, you can equivalence them on the VAX. Another nice feature
- that we use here is the X11 gateway. A user on the VAX, be it a workstation using
- decnet or a PC using Decnet, can use X applications from their display stations.
