  19. It's no problem if you run the appropriate software on your VAX.  Here we have
  20. Multinet from TGV.  It allows us to mount our VAX disks onto our SG's the same way
  21. as if they were from any other Unix host.

  23. Multinet also give you some uid translation.  In other words, if a user has a VAX
  24. account and a Unix account, you can equivalence them on the VAX.  Another nice feature
  25. that we use here is the X11 gateway.  A user on the VAX, be it a workstation using 
  26. decnet or a PC using Decnet, can use X applications from their display stations.
