  12. Here is the problem.  We have density plot images that
  13. we want to average together.  If the objects on the images were identical, we  
  14. could just sum and average the images together and get the mean density plot.   
  15. Unfortunatelly, the objects on the images are similar, but no identical.  I  
  16. figure if we were to warp the structures to some standard shape, preserving the  
  17. grey maps, we could then do the image averaging.

  19. I remember hearing something about image warping sofware a while back.  What is  
  20. it called? Will it do what I need, and can I get a demo version to see if I  
  21. like it before I buy it?  Can Mathematica do this?
