- Here is the problem. We have density plot images that
- we want to average together. If the objects on the images were identical, we
- could just sum and average the images together and get the mean density plot.
- Unfortunatelly, the objects on the images are similar, but no identical. I
- figure if we were to warp the structures to some standard shape, preserving the
- grey maps, we could then do the image averaging.

- I remember hearing something about image warping sofware a while back. What is
- it called? Will it do what I need, and can I get a demo version to see if I
- like it before I buy it? Can Mathematica do this?
