  57. Please be careful doing this; we got two bad credit card numbers 
  58. (both from a single digit mis-typed), two missing cities, and two 
  59. bad e-mail addresses among the orders to date.  No big deal, but it 
  60. slows things down and means extra work for both of us.  That's the 
  61. kind of time-waste that forced me to raise the price.

  63. Overseas orders are $10 additional.

  65. All future orders should preferably be by regular e-mail, not fax, 
  66. phone, NextMail (unless you're including your fingerprints,
  67. voiceprint, or wedding photo), etc.
