  14. I seem to remember a question about this at the last WWDC. I think the
  15. specific question was about outlining cubic curves requiring quadratic
  16. curves, this was from someone who had implemented similar
  17. functionality in a product. The answer was something like: "Yes,
  18. normally, but we have some very bright math people", ie, they use some
  19. sort of approximation magic.
