- I would like to connect a PowerBook (likely a 160) onto a thin-wire
- Ethernet when the PowerBook is not on the road. If this were a desktop
- Mac, I would buy one of the many EtherTalk boards available and install
- it into the machine. What options are available for a PowerBook?
-
- One method I can imagine would be to connect the PB to a short AppleTalk
- net with a FastPath or GatorBox bridge between AppleTalk and Ethernet.
- Is there a way to more directly connect the PB directly onto the
- Ethernet?
-
- Please send e-mail directly to me at jmccombie@bbn.com, as I do not
- regularly read this group. I will summarize if there is interest.
