  15. In August of this year, I ordered some software from Tiger Software, a
  16. mail order company in Coral Gables, Florida. Weeks went by and I never 
  17. received the software even though I specified and paid extra for
  18. overnight delivery.

  20. I spoke with several drones at the company and then finally spoke to
  21. the head customer service drone, Dave Siegel and demanded a refund.
  22. He claimed that my refund was 'in the mail'.  Three weeks have passed
  23. since then and I have not received it.

  25. If you are thinking of ordering from TIGER SOFTWARE, my advice to you
  26. is DON'T DO IT!  If you already have, call 1-800-888-6111 ext 4492 and try
  27. to get your money back before it's too late.

  29. I have filed a mail fraud complaint against
  30. them and have pro-bono legal help in order to get my money back. If
  31. you don't want to go through this sort of thing, order from a
  32. reputable place --  NOT TIGER SOFTWARE!
