  13. As a Macintosh user, I feel uncomfortable when I hear somebody says:" IBM PC
  14. is faster than Macintosh in calculation.  Mac is an excellent word processor
  15. and is good for graphic application.  It is not fast enough for serious 
  16. mathematical calculation or modeling."  I hear this kind of word many times,
  17. even a Electrical Engineer Professor said that.  I would like to know whether
  18. PC is really faster than a Mac for the same clock speed and similar model CPU.
  19. If Mac is really faster or similar in performance compared with PC, how can
  20. Apple or Mac lover express the truth?
