  10. I am interested in setting up the Macintoshes on our network with two
  11. partitions on the hard drive.  One read/write boot partition and the other for
  12. applications.  This will prevent the novice uses from trashing the application
  13. files constantly.
  14. Apple utilities for system 6.07 (our IIsi's have only 2 Megs, budget cuts),
  15. only allow for one HFS partition, and one Unix partition.  I want two HFS
  16. partitions.  Is there a third party utility that creates such a partition.  I
  17. also do not want one of these pseudo partitions where just an encrypted file
  18. is placed on the Hard drive.  Presently we use class reunion constantly, and
  19. I am curious if there is a better way.
