  13. Help!  My Quadra 700 modem port has stopped working.  MacEKG2.0
  14. says that it (Serial Port B) is in constant use.  I have done
  15. the following things...
  16. 1) I downloaded several serial port reset utilities from
  17. America Online, including SPconfig_reset and Reset Ports and
  18. some CDEV, but none seem to work with the Q700!!!
  19. 2) I tried resetting the PRAM by two methods, the first by
  20. restaring with Control-Option-P-R (the recommended way) as
  21. well as taking the battery out from the motherboard for 15
  22. minutes.  Neither seems to have any effect.
  23. Does anybody have another suggestion for me?
  24. Help!  Ack!
