  13.   I'm having a problem with the keyboard on my Packard Bell Force I.  The
  14. keyboard frequently (at least once a day) will not respond.  When this happens, I
  15. can go into the control panel, change the keyboard repeat rate and be ok for a
  16. while.  I had this problem with windows 3.0 but since going to 3.1 it seems to
  17. occur more often.  My machine has Phoenix BIOS V 3.1.  Anyone else seen this
  18. problem or have any ideas?  Please email.  Thanks.
