  23.    You know it's pretty sad that you keep talking about
  24.   students at your university the way you do.  I myself
  25.   am a Student Application Analyst at OU, and I also
  26.   help Mac & PC users, and believe me... you've got some
  27.   pretty fucking stupid people who go to your school.
  28.    I can understand not knowing the DOS commands to copy,
  29.   or learning them once and forgetting... but if you're
  30.   doing your job, you should be able to teach them only
  31.   once on a Mac!  That's one of the beauties of the Mac...
  32.   no manuals to remember once someone teaches you.
