- The method that makes most sense to me is to turn off the machine on
- weekends (or overnight) to save wear and tear on the HD. For the monitor,
- I would turn it off whenever it is not used for long periods such as
- overnight if you leave the system on overnight. Others will have different
- viewpoints than this but I think the consensus will agree.
