  13. The method that makes most sense to me is to turn off the machine on
  14. weekends (or overnight) to save wear and tear on the HD.  For the monitor,
  15. I would turn it off whenever it is not used for long periods such as
  16. overnight if you leave the system on overnight.  Others will have different
  17. viewpoints than this but I think the consensus will agree.
