  24. Buy a cheap case/power-supply combo.  Better yet, buy a humongous tower
  25. case and transfer your system into it.

  27. When I've asked various vendors about an 'external SCSI case' they've
  28. always come back with a price in the 200$ range, which is more than
  29. enough to buy a deluxe tower/PS combo.
