- I agree wholeheartedly with you. I have dealt with a number of direct
- order companies and have had nothing but satisfaction. On one occassion, I
- had an order take a pretty long time when dealing with Telemart, Inc., but
- other than that, no problems. I think also that the parts and equipment
- sold through the direct channel are less likely to experience compatibility
- problems because there are less proprietary-type components on them. I
- would certainly buy a "generic" clone over a Compaq or other proprietary
- manufacturer any day. I don't know if I've just been lucky with the
- channel or what, but my condolences go out to those of you who have had
- trouble.
