  17. I have installed 2nd hard disk on my 386sx mahcine (Pheonix BIOS
  18.  if matters).  After installing the drive, I can't install emm386.  The
  19. system
  20. hangs as soon as the emm386.exe is reached in config.sys.  The LED of 
  21. the floppy disk drive stays on and that's about it.
  22.  
  23. The controller is RLL and has its own BIOS.  Without emm386.exe,
  24. everything works fine.
