  13. Is it possible to change the audio sample rate of HP 9000/705 without
  14. using the Alib stuff, and if so how? 
  15. I have found out that I can get the sampling rate with: 
  16. ioctl(des,AUDIO_DESCRIBE,&ad)
  17. The sys/audio.h file says that if the ad.sampling_rate is not 0 it is
  18. fixed, is that true?
