- This is correct; there is also the 46082A, a 15-meter version of the same
- thing. In either case, there is no active buffering of the video or audio
- signals; the boxes at either end do provide buffers for the HIL signals.
- The cables used with this product were chosen to produce the minimum
- degradation of the video signal, but I can't guarantee that you won't see
- ANY effects from running the video signal this far.

- As far as I now, HP does not offer video distribution amplifiers; you could,
- however, use any amp with sufficient bandwidth (at least 100 MHz) intended
- for 75-ohm, RS-343-level video. A number of manufacturers make such products.
- I have used amps from both Covid and Extron successfully with our video (but
- this should not in any way be construed as an HP endorsement or recommendation
- of the products of either company, nor does HP guarantee a given 3rd-party
- amplifier will work). Standard "IMHO" disclaimer applies!
