  15.     Is there a way around HP's requirement that all passwords
  16. have a number or special character in them?  I have found that using
  17. SAM, one may change the password to any string.  This isn't what I'm
  18. looking for though.  I want users to be able to enter a password 
  19. without any intervention by the sys admin.  It seems as though
  20. different requirements for passwords should be a configurable thing,
  21. like password expiration.
