  11. Summary: How to change SCSI and LUN # on Supra 20 Mg hard drive

  13. I would like to change the SCSI and LUN # on my Supra 20 Mg hard drive.
  14. My father graciously bought me a ICD/Quatum drive to replace my destroyed
  15. Supra 60MG drive.  Now I want to occasionally connect my 20Mg drive to 
  16. my ICD/Quantum drive to backup my data.  Does anyone know how to change
  17. the Supra drive so that I can boot with the ICD/Quantum drive and then
  18. later turn on the Supra 20Mg drive to backup some data?

  20. I have tried to use the software from Supra called "SUPEDIT" to change
  21. the DMA and LUN number but it never seems to work.  When I try to change the
  22. parameters and execute the change, the program tells me the device descrided
  23. by the parameters that I chose is not responding.
  24.  
  25. So, is it even possible to change these parameters on the hard drive?
  26. If not, I'll sell the drive.  It works perfectly, but I don't have any
  27. need for it besides a backup drive.
