  88.         This is somewhat misleading.  According to Amigaworld, the
  89. Amiga4000 (and I would imply that the 1200 too, since they have the same
  90. GFx chipset) has a normal palette of 256 colors (out of 16.8mil) in all 
  91. resolution, and that 256,000 colors are achieved using HAM modes.  This is 
  92. somewhat like saying that using the methods of Spectrum, the STe can display 
  93. 4096 colors at once in all (but monochrome) resolutions.
