- I'd have to disagree with John here. In my experience, SIMMs have become
- cheaper than DRAMs (likely due to their increased popularity). In any
- case, though the relative price difference (i.e. delta(P)/P) is small
- enough that you should make the choice based on the convenience and cost
- of the upgrade board (or soldering project if you don't use a board).

- Incidentally, I came across my notes from my boardless SIMM upgrade I did
- a couple years ago to take my machine to 2.5M. I could post the pinout
- information, and a general description of my procedure if anyone is
- interested. It is pretty similar to the existing docs floating around on
- the net...
