- Here is the RAM Configuration section of the JRI RAM+ board instructions:
-
- RAM CONFIGURATION AS FOLLOWS:
- 1 MEG: Requires 2, 256K x 8 SIMMs in the rear two SIMM sockets.
- 2.0 MEG: Requires 2, 1MEG x 8 SIMMs in the front two SIMM sockets.
- 2.5 MEG: Requires 2, 1MEG x 8 SIMMs in the rear two SIMM sockets.
- 4 MEG: Requires 4, 1MEG x 8 SIMMs placed in all four SIMM sockets.
-
- So I believe that if the JRI board is already installed, then all you have
- to do is place the SIMMs in the proper sockets. I didn't install mine,
- so I don't have complete detail on this.
-
- Here is the Color Configuration section of the instructions:
-
- 4096 Color Palette upgrade requires an additional Atari Shifter
- P.N. C025914-38A. This addition is limited to 16 colors in low
- resolution and 4 colors in medium resolution. Though black and 15 levels
- of each color can be selected using the JRI 4096C software.
-
- I hope that this helps you.
