  13. The other day I was ftp:ing to atari.archive.umich.edu, and I
  14. downloaded the 0help file. This file had instructions of how to use
  15. the BART mailserver, and I tried sending the word "index" to
  16. atari@atari.archive.umich.edu, but didn't get any response. So, what I
  17. want to know, is BART supposed to be functional or not? I always
  18. thought it was removed after a.a.u.e moved to another computer.
