  17. Trivia piece #3:  "Apple II Forever" is included as an audio track on the
  18. original "Phil and Dave's Excellent CD" (Developer CD #1, from spring 1989)
  19. because back then 650 MB seemed like a lot of space.  Today, of course,
  20. half the stuff on the CD is compressed so it will all fit on there.
