- Oh, I dunno. Paying a whole $10 extra now and then might be worth it to
- keep the local dealer afloat. Be a real hardship, though... of course, it
- could be worth it when a little TLC is needed. Dealers who can compete
- against mail order pricing are few and far between on ANY business. I know
- that you didn't specifically mention mail order but when people get on a
- tirade about prices, that is often the case. Fact is, in the latest Amiga
- World issue, Briwall advertises the Wb_2.1 software/manual package for $59.
- My local dealer is selling it for $49 + sales tax. Of course, he's out of
- stock right now 'cause the 5 he ordered initially went out the door the
- first day he had them. More are on order and should arrive soon. At $59,
- there might have been one left for me. ;-)
