- I use some tool to dismount old devices and mount the same devices again
- with different parameters for my SCSI Magneto optical disk. By default
- I am only allowed to change media of same partion data, if I use
- partions with different sizes on this removable media and I change
- the disk, I use this special program. In some cases there are structures
- left (for example if you still have a shell (or more dangerous a file) open
- on this device). So there will be a lot of icons for busy devices on the
- screen. But I did not have problems with that. The worst case was:
- I had to reboot to access the device again.
- No really harm did happen to me.
- (But nobody will promise :-))
