  27. Yes, there is an ftp site for x-specs files.  It's a umich.edu system.  I think
  28. it's zug.csmil.umich.edu, or something like that.  Does anyone know for sure? 
  29. I have the reference at home, unfortunately.  I'm also sure doing an archie
  30. search would turn it up. If anyone has trouble finding the address, let me know
  31. and I'll dig it out.
