- The program you're referring to PrintDef, and it is indeed on the Print
- disk.
-
- There is (or was) an manual available from WordPerfect Corp that would be
- of great help to someone creating or modifying printer drivers, especially
- if you haven't done that kind of thing before. Naturally, the manual
- is at home (I'm not) but I beleve its called "WordPerfict Printer
- Definition Program Reference". Its a small perfect-bound book around US
- $10.
-
- I own a old KX-P1091 (no _i_, so no proportional printing, etc),
- and rolled my own because the supplied KX-P1091 driver used the IBM
- graphics emulation mode of the KX-P1091, and I wanted the italics
- capability in native mode. Besides, there was a bug in the supplied
- driver (for superscript, it would send EscS(0) instead of EscS(O),
- causing the printer to either go nuts or go off-line - don't remember
- which - maybe both ;-) With the codes fixed, I can print the test page
- with no problems..
