- Hi!
-
- Recently, I added another 4MB of RAM to my A3000/25, which is now enjoying
- the use of 10MB. The installation went as fine as is possible with all the
- stuff you have to remove and then put back to access the expansion connectors.
- At startup, all 8MB of fast RAM is correctly recognized.
-
- Only, since then some programs have been starting to guru my machine more
- often than before (guru 8000 00004 among others), and I was wondering if it
- could have anything to do with that (eg: access to a damaged chip could cause
- random gurus?). Therefore, I was wondering if there is such a (pd?) thing as a
- fast-RAM tester for the A3000 (or for just any autoconfiguring RAM card, I
- guess should do the trick?)
-
- Thanks for any pointer in that direction...
-
- Christian.
