  12. Even a full-fledged 68020 does not have an MMU in it, that's what the 68551 is for, it is a memory management unit.. the 68030 not poonly has a lot more transistors than the 020 it also has an MMU built in, with external FPU and caches.. and the 68040 has all that jazz built in...
