- I've been around in the Amiga community for a good long while, now.
- I've seen companies come, I've seen companies go.
-
- Supra should have gone a long time ago. Why don't they? Because
- people believe their marketing, and forget their engineering.
-
- What do I mean?
-
- People: It's simple. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING SUPRA
- PRODUCTS. Problems exist across their entire line of products,
- they're well known for it. From modems to hardcards, hardware to
- software, they've always been buggy.
-
- >I talked to Supra Tech Support and they are baffled and insist that the
- >remote modem is at fault. My sysAdmin insists that it's MY modem's fault
- >and states that I am the only user wh has trouble staying connected.
-
- Blaming the other person has always been Supra's strong point. Their
- customer service is well known to be less helpful than C='s, even if
- they're more often there to talk to.
-
- I cannot say this strongly enough, folks.
-
- Supra products should be avoided. Like the black plague.
-
- Disclaimer: These are my opinions, I am merely making them known.
