  20. In the VLT menues, run down the Comm to Handshake, and select the
  21. CTS/RTS, either 7 wire or Xon/Xoff according to how you have set your
  22. modem.  Also, the modem must be asserting DTR before VLT opens the
  23. serial.device - ie make sure the power is on and you have selected that
  24. option on the modem.
